They are very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious for a family of 4. The kids loved their bunk beds. I liked the layout of the room and having the mini kitchen and dining area was great. The entire place was clean, they changed towels everyday but the sheets was only changed on our 4th day. They had complete amenities and you can borrow stuff such us oven toaster, speakers, etc. It was walking distance to Kinsichio train station and the other subway. Close to Parco mall where you can do some grocery, Muji store and KFC.

Staff at front is very helpful. The night gowns are so comfortable, just loved them. Overall loved it. Highly recommend. Book in advance
